"We were referred to Purr-Sonal Care Cat Clinic when our Dobby became very ill. We were driving 1.5 hours each way for his visits. They were wonderful and truly tried to save him even though we were all stumped on what was wrong. Things didn't end the way we wanted, but all the staff there were very caring and compassionate. Several days after we brought Dobby's cremated remains home, we received a sympathy card from them in the mail, everyone personally signed. I will treasure that card forever. I fully intended to reach out and thank them, but i never did, so i will now. Thank you everyone that helped us with Dobby. You are much more appreciated than you know. Thank you for treating Dobby like family and sharing our tears when he crossed over. And thank you for the card, it means more than you all know. ❤️"
